Teams are where the real work happens — the hard conversations, the experiments, the trust-building, the missteps and the magic. But somewhere along the way, we stopped really seeing teams. We celebrate the founders, the products, and the future of work, but not the people who keep everything moving.
World Team Day was born out of this quiet tension, as a small idea with big impact. We wanted to create a simple, human moment each year to pause and ask: How are we doing as a team? What’s working? What needs attention?
It’s a chance to pause, reflect, and appreciate what it means to work with others — especially now, as AI and new ways of working shift how teams connect, build trust, and get things done.
We're inviting teams, leaders, facilitators, educators — anyone curious about the future of working together — to take part in whatever way makes sense. Whether you join our live event on Zoom or host your own version within your teams, the point is: you're invited.
